Yeaaaaaa!!!!! At last.. I pijak kaki to Sephora kuching...hahahaha sound like sakai, i also dont know why because i visited sephora each time i went travelling to KL but yes, it was like going to Disneyland for me..Like i said in previous post, i cant wait for monday and when monday came last monday(somehing is wrong here woth my word....) i was like smilling alllllll the way from Miri..Unfortunately i could not go straight away to the Spring because I got some heavy luggage ( monday to wed, and the luggage was like for a week).So still have to go to Pullman..

Arrived at The Spring, i have to compose myself..tarik nafas dalam dalam, and keluar dengan penuh ayu dari taxi.. Takkan nak lari pecut 100 meterkan walaupun that actually i what i wanted to do.

and dari jauh the black and white neon light memanggil manggil..

Tertoleh  kanan.. Eh eh Pandora autum collection...i belum ada the charm lagi for this collection. ..oopppsss focus lina focus..

Then i pijak kaki at that new playground of mine..not as sakai as everytime i go to ikea ( masuk ikea terus diri tarik nafas hidu  bau ikea..sedappp..one kind of smell) ..

Sephora's house brand on your left. Greeted by hundreds of beautiful nail lacquer ..those friendly SA in black gray ...

And the rest is history.

Lips.. 6 item.. Tim and other SA helped me cari colours that i want..i love them for that..

Mascara ..i cant live a day without a good mascara..he intro to me the one with alexa chung as the ambassador ,but i prefer one with fibre .so he introduced me with tarte. But this one waterproof, so i ended up with sephora's own..extreme everything..and can be easily cuci..my kind of thing. 

Perfume..i bought sephora's vanilla and coconut.. But cant understand why bila back at the hotel the vanilla smell like rotten vanilla bean.coconut smell just like, coconut..but stronger..

The PoreFessional.. This is just great..actually i want to ambik the travel set and deluxe ..but then Natalie told me for the 2 highlighter in the travel set, tu sesuai for malam..malam malam nak pakai highlighter ? I bukannya selalu  ada function pun.. Nanti laki aku kata aku gila pulak..naik katil muka macam nak pergi red carpet.So i end up ambik porefessional deluxe only.

Eye thing.. The nyx crayon eyeliner khol kajal noir is to die for!!!! then i bought jumbo also in black. 

At the payment counter i ambik the reuseable face cloth and also the eye makeup cleanser.. It works very well, because that nite when i cuci my face, i can easily remove the 3 kilo of  mascara from my eyes. I have put layers of mascara during testing and it looked veryyyy thick..cleaning of my mascara has never been this easy .very good cleanser.

 

Arrive nearly four in afternoon and came out only around 730.. Thank you Timothy and Natalie and the rest of friendly SA, i keluar macam bawa stok untuk bukak kedai. Bak kata natalie at the counter " kakak kitak beli stok kah kak" hihihih.. No honey, its only that this kakak got penyakit calls " iwantthisiwantthatokiwantall" .. Currently no cure  has been found yet, but its ok..

Ps: on my way out i suddenly  remember jessie's moss green eyeshadow.. Urban decay.

 I swing back in, and my hunting mode is on  again.. Twent minute later, i was on queue to pay for another round..  

In love with bed

I was in love with bedsheet last time..now tak seteruk dulu..the pic, it's one of my collection from my college years and suprisingly it is still in good condition. Last time i spent almost every week berkunjung ke aussino sunway..if jalan jauh  sikit will be the one in OneU. It was some kind of therapy for me selecting those beautiful fresh design.. And i was forever addicted to their sale.   

But now , i am no more into those fancy design. Only single colour, with certain thread count, certain type of material..i become more selective.but who wouldn't. We are talking about bed yang you tidur malam malam kan..i even bought the bed topper with i dont know how many kilos of bulu ayam itik burung  angsa semua inside.. But the smellllll... Just imagine one reban  of those animal you put inside.. My mom keep babling because i hang it outside for few days and the smell still there.. It took me around two week to make the smell completely gone. Then it was heavennn..one sided heaven because it was to big for the super single bed so i have to lipat it at one side..senget sebelah.but i ignore the senget feeling because of the wwahhhhhhh feeling everytime i sleep on my bed..i cannot afford to sleep everynight in the hotel  which have this topper so let me taste the heaven while its in my room. ..then when got married i no more can use it because now, it is small  for a queen size instead..weird..

So for those of you yang want a bit of heaven, just start with your bed..personally i love deep single color...then you can play around with the pillows, cushions and so on..but if you love those w jth design, go ahead..yang penting you love your bed..nite nite .

Sephora Kuching

I was there end of August and  boy i was devastated when i saw only the black and white banner welcome me   .. Just imagine my adrenaline rush all the way from Miri, in the flight , jump into the taxi and went straight to the Spring with my luggage tagged along with me.. I almost hug the taxi uncle because he drove with the lightning speed cos i told him i was late for a meeting,( meeting with the makeup , just that i didnt mention)   and he believed me....SEEEEEEE..that's  what happen if you lie to an old man..Shame on you Lina.  so i went back to Miri the next day after meeting with a broken heart. 

that was in August.. And monday i'll be travelling again..to Kuching.. And the first thing i check was "terry can u check with your friend  is Sephora sudah bukak or not.if yes, then i'll take early flight .If not , i ambik malam punya tiket lah ya" ..

AND YESSSS.... Sudah buka !!!!! ( jumping on my bed luckily tak patah) ... I dont understand why also because i visited Sephora in KL each time i travel, but its always give me some kinda sugar rush..happy me !!! 

cant wait for Monday!!!!!

when terjun queen cook

last sunday was all about cooking..morning awal pagi pergi emart to buy udang and all the kunyit those sort of thing.
for thg hari i cooked so a beng or bahasa rasminya, mee sua..i dont know from where soabeng got its name but one thing for sure, other people macam bluuuurrr je when i mention "so a beng bah" .. pur the kuah (udang kering  cili bawang merah putih with water) and you got one delicious mee.

so the star of that day was my chicken for dinner. i browse around chef wan book and decided to do one of the recipe from that book..but as usual i end up making up my own recipe . (actually after i marinate the chix then i realised that i had it all wrongly imagined..so much on photographic memory for me)..chix i marinade with blended bunga kantan, daun kunyit daun limau purut bawang kunyit halia ..then add serbuk jintan ..pour on the naked chix and rub rub rub...alamak kenapa pucat pulak? oh ya tadi i also add chillies..but still pucat lah..so i pur jn few sudu gula melaka and also cikap and oyster sauce..keep in the fridge for few hours.then gorenggg..
for the sauce, goreng thinly sliced daun kunyit, bunga kantan, daun limau purut..then throw in some honey and oyster sauce..a bittt only..but that day i couldn't find honey on my shelf, so i ambik orange marmalade and throw in couple of spoon..water a bit...garam and pepper..then put back the chix in the kuali...put in 1 spoon of mayonaise and mix until the chix are well coated with the sauce....sedappppp....

Gucci flora

One of my fav now is gucci flora..it has been haunting me since i first smell it in Parkson and since then i was  hooked. but i never get to buy edt in parkson or anywhere because there are always other perfume that make me become impulsive buyer that flaunt happily to the counter. its always only the at the payment counter i realized "shoot!!! Bukan just now i nak beli gucci flora kah?" .. That happened every time..

But last couple of week i bought the travel set online..how should I describe it? Floral,sweet but not fruity,clean..simply gorgeous ..lucky for me this perfume does stay more than 2hours on my skin, so its a yayyyy factor as well. The travel set consist of 15ml x 4 small bottles. Soon after the pos laju men sent it to me i happily dancing to our strong room bawa the kotak and open it. Then,mprankkkkk...one  of the bottle slid from the box and just pecah on the floor .. Oh my god!!! Die la die....i quickly ran and ambil tissue paper and lap the perfume on the floor..hahahhahaha.. Yes, i lap the perfume let the tissue soak all the wangi water.. ..tak mau rugi bah..hihi.. For week my handbag wangi because i dump the tissue in it. And same goes for our strong room, few days it smell of gucci flora.

Continuing my obsession is the body lotion..  Ok i dont use much if it because i takut it will habis..

And today i got my latest version of flora..tadaaaaa..The scent still linger after 4hours..

If tonite u see a woman keep sniffing at her hand, that will be me.. 

perfumes 1 hour rules (or 2?)

i just got to know that perfumes react to different people in different way. what may smell like bed of roses on you might smell like a dishwasher on me or perfume that last till tomorrow for me might last only an hour for you.
that goes for last purchase . i bought the new cd dior addict cos i thought "wow it smell nice" but i totally forgot on the 1 hour rules ..i was standing at the counter thinkinh  whether i should get it or not, and not even test it on my wrist..slap on my head..padan muka..so balik rumah happily ..
the next day  of course im so excited want to use my new perfume. spritz spritz spritz..depan belakang corner semua ada.that was 730 am..
But..at 9 right after the briefing the smell was  like totally gone.ok not after the briefing. I  was like sniffing myself all thru the briefing time..and yes..the smell has gone indeed..a very expensive way just to realise that the perfyme actually didnt match my body chemistry.just because i i lupa the 1 hour  rules..even my rejected dior addict 2  can last me longger the whole day and till the next on my baju..
next on my list are modern muse and flight of fancy..tried both on the paper strip and fof on my wrist,unfortunately it last around an hour.(tested it at kuching airport ,after 20 minutes i was standing between gate 7 and the shop,torn whether i should get it then or back in miri where it will be slightly expensive..by the time the plane touch down in Miri,the smell was gone as well.) or maybe it was  designed to be that way ,perhaps?(because it smelllllll soooooo good)..anyway..next time whenever you guys and moi)  want to buy perfumes, spray it on your hand or wrist first then  go pusing parkson one round....but anyhow, lasting or not, we girls always find reason to buy one ,kan?hihihiih..

room service by Pullman kuching

aduhhhhhh..one of the worst services ever.sorry pullman.i love u but ur room service suck.
1. i've called and before i ended the conversation i asked the person which is better between the two item.and he was like "aieeeeeeehhhhhh"..and the answer was so simple.one is just meat and one is with bead ..stupid answer from a hotel rep..that even my 5 year old kid can give me that answer. and with the sigh that i've heard in the phone,i wonder if the hotel simply take people in to work with them without any training or they juat simply didnt filter their staff.
2. their wah tan hor got no egg? aside from the king prawn,the kuah was so plain looking.and tasteless...
3. californian style burger. the meat taste like it was prep with  baking soda to tenderised it but malangnya it was over tenderised .the meat taste yucky when i chew it .i dont know if they want to do the "meatjustmeltinthemoutheffect", but for me if they do,they  failed . what i taste was a yucky meat taste that i put it aside and makan only the salad.

all in all..pullman you fail me in ur room service dept.

sha and ponies

i cant figure it out but shasha is just crazy with my little pony or mlp..she wake up and sleep with the word pony ,she breath pony,drink pony,eat pony , ok that just to show how obses she is with that thing..

so she was all super excited when she saw pony plush toys and pillow in Moments. but the price was expensive for a pillow or even a plush toys. im not sure why but i got reservation with it.she can buy all the pony dolls that she want in toys r us which she does almost every couple of weeks buttttt the pillow and the plush toy just  ..i dont know..maybe the fact that i can feel that i will hidden in the toy box like all her other plush toys  .

and today i got the solution..my sis introduced me to instshop somethingloveablebynang..she is selling mlp plush toys plus some other things at almost half  the price which is super wonderfull!! rm 60 for 28 cm pony and 38 for 18cm ponies..and free postage.. who can resist that?? so i got sha's pony  for only rm120 for 2 yeaaaaaaa...

i got another instashop request which i saw also selling pony..but i dont remember the name..will update later then..

welcome back dear me

It has been a havoc few months for me. how i manage it im not sure myself but i know i spent a lot on handbags and make up. maybe its my way to channel all the anxiety i have inside. i even open my instashop which i found really addictive for the first few month then i totally tutup kedai cuti due to i cannot help myself but sitting infront of the ipad 25/7 , no more 24/7 and its really not healthy..both physically (i gained a kilo or two?) and also mentally (cos u only want to sell sell sell).
so...out of the blue today i feel like i want to give review on things that i bought. who knows somewhere in the planet maybe got somebody who read this but if not , i still feel relieve cos at least i still can write whatever i want in the post. ..and why does this samsung dont have the auto correct for the spelling? anyway..will start doodling soon...have a great weekend everyone!!!!

Lempeng@ tumpik pisang

Yesterday tiba tiba teringin maok buat lempeng..hhhmmm actually bukan yesterday, dah dua tiga hari dah since i saw rancangan chef wan in tv3. In that rancangan the aunty buat lempeng ya tepi sawah, eh atau tepi rumah..macam nyamannn jak.. So macam biasa terus google resipi.. Tapi macam biasa juak sik terpolah..so since yesterday kamek offday , so i went  googled the lempeng pun resepi lagi.. The one from Aimie's little kitchen caught my attention cos nya guna perkataan paling sedap, hihi penting ya.

I used 6 banana, and i made 8 tumpik pisang out if it..pisang , jagong krim dalam tin is the main ingredient, oh ngan tepong..pisang ya semua nok nang dah masak so i dont have to add gula cos dah manis. Add sikit bika powder, baking soda and a bit garam.. 

Sedappp.. Nang nyaman... Tang lemak lemak manis the taste.. For complete recipe boleh visit the page as stated above.. Banyak gik resipi  nya nok macam best best jak asal rajin encoba..

Little orange towel

Sometimes i wonder if any of our guests ever wipe their hand using this towel in my my washroom...the towel is hang nicely ever so ready to be used.          But in actual, it's for me to dry my counter top ..hihih..you can see a small tag at the corner spelled  Scotch Bright.. It makes my counter top shinier that u can see your gigi staring back you..  It has been a constant wonder, cos everytime after orang use the washroom , i'll check and the towel tentu ada basah a bit . . Hihi are they using the towel to dry their hand??? Cos i have hand towel also ready to be used hang at the other side.i wonder if they know...hihi
