Wooohoooo im in d middle of bukit bintang toniteeee!!!

Tonite I'm fulfilling my dream !! After few years im back in the middle of bukit bintang at nite time and its just like last time..its 11pm , cars still stuck in the jam, people still jalan jalan like nobody business .. Weeeeeeeee!!
  
And now I'm sitting tengah buat reflex . . My feet deserve it after more than five hour shoppington in ikea .. And prepare for tomorrow , another of shoppington   Weeeeeeee.......

Post mortem for my cucur pisang cheese

Im done with my cucur.. Because of that sinfully sedap thing, i have gained 2.5 kg in less than two weeks.. What can i say.. Overripe piang kepok fried and coated with milk and  grated cheese and just yummy..now i have to stopped myself from frying that pisang and gain another 2kg..otherwise, i will be another baby elephant in the making.. ;(

Cheesy cucur pisang...

We were in the middle of vacuuming our lunch in a lightning motion when suddenly Daniel  blurp out " wahhhhh anim jual cucur pisang!!!!"   Cucur pisang? So? Oohhhh , then it make sense, with cheese and susu manis on top... Immediately the image dancing on the plate and the taste knocking at my taste bud... But going to Promin where she sells the cucur is looonggg way to go and i ended up buying ripe pisang kapok... I prefer the yellowish one rather than green because of the sweetness rather than if i buy cucur outside , sometimes they used the green-yellow one, and the taste is not as sweet..

With 2 ringgit pisang , i went back home and storm into the kitchen..i was afraid that my semangat to do it suddenly burst and i just opt to buy outside so have to do it while i still want to do it.. So i mixed all the tepung i can find..adabi, plain, jagung and ubi..throw in some kunyit powder, a dollop of ghee and a  dollop of planta.. Mixed mixed then i terlebih tuang air.. And it looked like cheap lassi instead.. So i threw in the nearest tepung..hhhmmm okeh look better...
Then i realized i don't really know  whether to cut in into half or not.. So datin come into action .. Macam biasa she will pot pet pot pet first cos im 34 and yet i don't even know how to cut the banana..not that i don't know but if she is around , i will became tadika student masuk into kitchen as she want everything to be perfect, including how you cut the thing..  I totally lost all confident..
So after poto g the banana like a kipas, i dipped every pieces in the batter and voila after few minutes i took it out...  Quickly i throw in the second batch...

Finishing it, i pile it on the oval plate, drizzled with susu manis..no, it was  not drizzle anymore..i literally scoop the susu with serving spoon, big one and shower the cucur with it and i can see pool of susu on the plate..then i grated cheddar cheese, tons of it.. 

Wthin five minutes , semua habis.. Not even sempat ambik gambar..ngeeeheheheeee....
